It is the mission of the Worship Ministry to glorify God by providing accessible and authentic worship experiences helping to equip the body of Christ and serve our community. Worship is about God's glory! God desires that we magnify and glorify His name in every facet of our lives. Each week the Worship Ministry leads our congregation in uplifting and joyful corporate worship. Our desire is to be a community where people with clear gifting in music and the arts can use their gifts in ministry.
We at Grace believe that many different styles and forms of worship are needed to more accurately represent the God of the universe! That's why in our services you will hear both organ and guitar, music that is old and new, created by a variety of ensembles.
Grace also desires to be a church that is open to new things. We embrace all the Arts and hope to one day provide ministry opportunities in every area. If you have a talent that is not mentioned on this website and you would like to use it for God's glory, let us know and we will do our best to make a place for you.

Areas to get involved…
Adult Choir This group of dedicated folks lead worship during the 8:30 AM service. They sing a mixture of hymns, southern gospel, and contemporary music. Connect Choir The Connect Choir is the entry point into the contemporary Vocal Teams. This group sings only one Sunday every month in the 11 AM service. Open to anyone with a heart for worship!
Student Worship Band This group of students lead worship for One Hour, the Wednesday night youth gathering. Drums, guitars and vocalists make up this group. See

Joyful Noise Children's Choir GBC has a place for young musicians to serve. Children 3 years through 6th grade can participate in this ministry. They sing in some of the adult Bible Study classes and at the Nursing Home Ministry. This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it for more details.
Worship Band These musicians are the instrumental half of our contemporary Worship Band. Bass guitar, drums, guitars, keyboard, and other instruments form this group. Application and audition* required.
Vocal Teams These individuals/groups rotate singing with the Worship Band during the 11 AM service. They rehearse on Monday night when it is their turn to sing.
Orchestra Do you play an instrument and want to use your gifts to glorify God? This is the place for you! This group of skilled instrumentalists (9th grade and up) provide the musical backdrop for our times of worship in the 8:30 AM service.

Tech Team This includes our sound, video, and lighting operators. If you have a good ear and enjoy mixing audio, or love computers and designing PowerPoint presentations, we need to talk.
Drama "Break a leg" as you present the Gospel through acting, script writing, or directing sketches. Drama is utilized in the Sunday services as well as seasonal productions.
Visual Arts Does your heart have a creative pulse? Be a part of the Visual Arts Ministry at Grace! This includes painting, sculpting, mosaics, set design and construction.
