![]() Ryan grew up around Grace, returned to lead the Youth Group in 1998 after a five year ministry in Irving, and was promoted to Assistant Pastor in January 2004. In January 2005, the church called him to serve as Pastor.
Ryan is married to Shannon and has two girls, Meagan and Lexie. He received an undergraduate degree from Dallas Baptist University and a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. His hobbies include golf, reading, and surfing the Internet.

Dr. Williams served Grace as Pastor from 1980 to 2004. Under his visionary leadership, the church grew and established a consistent level of excellence in all ministry areas. Among his educational accomplishments, Dr. Williams has received undergraduate degrees from Arlington Baptist College and Dallas Baptist University and Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Dr. Williams is married to Kathy and has two grown children and six grandkids. Among his hobbies are reading, golfing, working with wood, and chocolate!

![]() Dr. Wayne Martin served Grace as Pastor from 1955 to 1980 and currently leads the Adult Division of the Sunday School. His gentle demeanor and powerful pulpit presence are the defining attributes of his ministry.
Dr. Martin studied at Arlington Baptist College (which he served as President from 1980 to 1992) and Luther Rice Seminary. He has two grown daughters, three grandkids, and lists reading and travel as his primary leisure interests.

![]() Colin joined the staff in May 2007 to assist in ministering to families, leading the First Impression Ministry, and pastoral care. Colin holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a JD from South Texas College of Law. He is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Colin and his wife Kelly have three children, Mackenzie, Reese, and Jackson. His favorite hobbies include wood-working and sports.

![]() James leads the Student Ministry at Grace, where he encourages the teens to be disciples and make disciples. He joined the staff in July 2007.
Previously James served as the Student and Worship Pastor at a church in Bridge City, TX for five years. James is married to Leigh, and they have a daughter, Glory. He enjoys music, movies and wood-working.
![]() Shellee joined the Children's Ministry staff in 2006 after many faithful years of service with the nursery and other Children's Ministry activities. Shellee is passionate about seeing kids realize how much God loves them!
Shellee received a BS in Exercise Physiology from Texas A&M University (Whoop!) in 1995. She worked as an Exercise Specialist in cardiac and pulmonary rehab before leaving her job to stay home with her children.
Shellee is married to Wes and they have 5 children. She enjoys exercising, decorating, and reading.

![]() Sandy has been a consistent, integral member of the Grace staff since 1983. Her pinpoint accuracy and attention to detail allow her to manage the financial needs of the church with integrity and skill.
Sandy lists spectator sports, reading, trivia, and reconciling checkbooks among her hobbies!

![]() Kathy has worked in the church office since 1993. Her standard for excellence and thorough, detailed approach allow the office to run efficiently. She is primarily responsible for all church records, mailings, newsletters, conference materials, and the weekly bulletin.
