Back to School - Back to the Basics

As school begins this fall children everywhere are getting back into the habits of reading, writing and arithmetic.  As followers of Christ we too need to be reminded of the basics of the Christian walk and ensure that we stay grounded in them.  This series will focus on four basic disciplines we need to incorporate in our lives:

Prayer ~ The function by which we communicate with our God

Reading God's Word ~ The practical means in which God speaks to us as His children

Studying God's Word ~ How to allow scripture to interpret scripture so that we know what God is saying in His Word

Church Attendance ~ The importance of assembling together as believers and followers of Jesus Christ
